• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $15 Australian dollars for all orders below $100.
• Express Shipping: We offer an Express Shipping rate of $25 Australian dollars on all orders. 
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 Australian dollars.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (1-2 days for Express Shipping option). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your order, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original (intact) packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a $5 restocking fee for all returns (per order) which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

The Vandoros Store does business with the environment in mind. We are committed to improving our practices and are continually educating ourselves on new ways in which we can reduce our impact on the environment.

Together with our manufacturers, we question ways in which we can employ increasingly sustainable practices. Here are some of the practices we have implemented within our range of products...

Our papers are made of materials from well-managed FSC certified forests – the “gold standard” for wood harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmental conscious and economically viable.

All non-metallic colours printed onto our wrapping papers are produced with water-based inks. As a compound, water-based ink is more gentle on the environment than petroleum based inks – they are free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which adversely affect the environment and human health. In addition because these inks are water soluble, no special chemicals are required for it’s clean up, keeping other potentially harmful substances out of waste and water supply.

In the production of our wrapping papers, our primary manufacturer employs a zero waste
method with left over ink used in the production of a secondary product - a packaging film. The colour of this film is silver, so the ink colour doesn’t need to be pure. Other waste, paper and film, is managed by the local recycling company.

Our most recent improvement is the introduction of our recycled PET ribbon range. Together with our primary textile manufacturer, we have been able to produce a product that is made of recycled plastic bottles.

By collecting post-consumer bottles from different locations around the world, they’re washed and
shredded into small flakes, then melted and formed into chips, to be melted again and extruded through tiny holes to make strands of yarn – the yarns are then woven together to create our PET grosgrain range of ribbons.

This method can turn 50 unwanted bottles, destined to landfill, in to 142 meters of ribbon!

We encourage the recycling or re-use of our products after use.

Certain paper products are able to be recycled and we strongly encourage the reuse of our non-recyclable products such as textile ribbons which can be used again and again or re-purposed for craft or sewing projects.

As our wrapping papers are all without coatings and free from foiling, they can be recycled however, we recommend first checking this with your local council or recycling centre.

Our gift bags (which do not contain foiling) can also be recycled and this can be easily identified with the recycling symbol located at the base of the bag.

We encourage the recycling or re-use of our products.

Vandoros products are produced in Asia, and then imported to Australia. (mainly from China and Taiwan)

You are in the right place for beautiful gift-wrapping supplies such as wrapping paper, ribbons, gift tags and bags.

Additionally, consider investing in two pairs of scissors > one pair that you can allocate to cutting wrapping paper and the other to cutting your ribbon.

When you use scissors regularly to cut paper, they will get blunt more quickly and blunt scissors can become a real pain when used to cut ribbon. If you allocate a pair for each, then your ribbon scissors will remain sharp and ready for the task.

Also consider using a sticky tape that is specially formualted for wrapping paper. Our Vandoros wrapping papers are lovely and thick, but not all sticky tapes will adhere properly if they just aren't sticky enough.

We have developed a super-sticky tape that is up to the task. Our sticky tape is specially formulated for gift wrapping and will work beautifully with our wrapping papers. you can find it here.
